OUR ROLE
At JMH Living Design we provide innovative design solutions for alterations, additions, and new
residential and commercial projects. We organise the crucial design documentation required for
approval and coordinate with the necessary consultants to achieve the best outcome for both the client/s and the surrounding built and natural environment.
What we do:
We
- listen to our client’s visions and expectations
- analyse the site, the surrounds, the legislation and the options for approval
- visualise the potential through concept sketches and research
- design by investigating the potential of the site, blending the practicalities of design, budget, construction options and legislation to deliver a strategic approach and solution to a project
- document for building approval and construction, integrating finishes fittings and services
- liaise closely with our consultancy team to realise our client’s vision
- coordinate the project in detail with all stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome for our clients
