| JMH Living Design has a long established a reputation as a creative but practical building design project consultancy firm with an understanding of the subtleties and economics of building.
We start by listening to the client’s concepts to gain an understanding of the intention of the project. From there a combination of ideas can be formulated, and solutions developed which will be complimentary to the client’s intention. By making use of our knowledge and experience, the solutions we develop [ and there are always a number to choose from] can be assessed to select the desired solution. The desired solution thorough project documentation, will be realistic and achievable not only in terms of the project’s timetable but also in terms of it’s budget. Wherever appropriate we draw on the complimentary skills of outside professionals to assist in the realisation of the project, our aim is to provide our clients with solutions that are economical, workable and innovative. We accept design briefs from clients for residential, commercial and industrial projects from Sydney, South Coast and beyond.
